Additional Information:

-Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas to maintain comfort for all guests.

-We welcome mixed-gender groups; however, all-male (stag) groups are not permitted.

-As the villa is surrounded by nature, you may occasionally encounter insects or bugs — a gentle reminder that we share this peaceful setting with the environment.

-For your safety and peace of mind, CCTV cameras are installed in the outdoor areas.

-The outdoor seating spaces offer a cozy setting to unwind over a cup of tea and enjoy serene surroundings.

-This is a pure veg villa — non-vegetarian food is not permitted on the premises.

-This is not a pet-friendly property.

-Bonfire service is available at an additional charge; however, it is not offered during the monsoon season.

The property features both an inverter and a generator. During power cuts, the inverter will be used, and if the power is not restored at night, the generator will operate between 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM.

⚠️ Note: There is a pond in front of the villa with a deep and risky area; guests are not allowed near it for safety reasons.
