When you create a Leisurely Experiences Account, we will set up a Leisurely Experiences Account profile page for you. Your Leisurely Experiences Account profile page will include your first name. You can select the other items of Personal Information that you wish to be included in your Leisurely Experiences Account profile page – including, but not limited to, a profile picture, a list of the SNS groups to which you belong, a list of any of your SNS friends or connections who are also Members of Leisurely Experiences, connections you have established between your Account and any SNSs, and a biography and links to your Listings, if applicable (together, your “Profile Information”). We will display your Profile Information in your Leisurely Experiences Account profile page publicly via the Site and Application, and, with your prior permission, on third party sites. Any information you choose to provide as part of your Profile Information will be publicly visible to all Leisurely Experiences Users and consequently should reflect how much you want other Leisurely Experiences Users to know about you. We recommend that you guard your anonymity and sensitive information and we encourage members to think carefully about what information about themselves they disclose in their profile pages. You can review and revise your Profile Information at any time.

Eligibility

Use of our Booking Channels for making a Booking of Property is available only to persons who can enter into legally binding contracts under the applicable law. Persons who are ‘incompetent to contract’ within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use our Booking Channels for making a Booking for a Property through our Booking Channels.

Accuracy of Content

Leisurely Experiences has taken every precaution in the preparation of the content of Booking Channels, website and mobile application in particular to ensure that rates quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all details have been accurately described. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Leisurely Experiences disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained on the Booking Channels. You understand and agree that Leisurely Experiences shall not be liable for any typographical, technical or any other kind of errors on the Booking Channels. The information provided by Online as well as Offline Booking Channels is often provided by third parties such as the villa owners, service apartment owners, referrals etc. Leisurely Experiences does not guarantee the accuracy of the information.

Cancellations

All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges. The cancellation charges are as follows:

a)Before 21 days: 30% of the amount will be charged.

b)Before 14 days: 50% of the amount will be charged.

c)Before 10 days: 100% of the amount will be charged.

If the Guest has made a partial payment, he/she is entitled to no refund whatsoever.

In case of any refunds that Leisurely Experiences owes Guest(s), the processing shall be completed within 5-7 working days.

A nominal cancellation fee of 5% shall be levied for refunds processed by Leisurely Experiences. This is primarily levied to cover payment gateway charges and minimal processing charges.

GST at applicable rates will be charged on this cancellation fee.

In case of cancellations/ modifications for any reason, clients must communicate through the means of email, only then the cancellation would be considered.
