The property features 3 bedrooms across two floors:

  • The master bedroom is on the ground floor, with an attached private bathroom for added comfort and privacy.
  • On the first floor, you’ll find two additional bedrooms — one with a queen bed and another with twin beds.
  • Both rooms share access to a common washroom, located in the small living room area on the first floor.
  • All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, comfortable bedding, and offer views of lush greenery.
  • Fresh linen and pillows are provided.
  • Wardrobes are available for your convenience.

  • Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM IST, and Check-out time is 11:00 AM IST.
  • Adults must carry and present a valid ID during the Check-in process.
  • A refundable damage deposit of INR 2500, collected in cash, is required upon arrival.
  • CCTV is installed in outdoor areas like the verandah and entrance for enhanced security.
  • Given the property's natural surroundings, expect the presence of insects and bugs.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • An inverter is available for basic lights and fans during power cuts.
  • Guests can request fruits, produce, saplings, and the caretaker will provide based on availability.
  • The property will be clean on arrival, and we appreciate leaving it neat upon departure. Deep cleaning incurs an extra fee.
  • Due to remote locations, internet connectivity is sporadic, especially during monsoons. Confirm network support with the property.
  • Inverters are available for power failures; check with the property host for instructions.
  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • Smoking is limited to outdoor areas for safety.
  • Sheesha/hookah is not allowed.
  • No smoking/drinking/food consumption near the swimming pool; guests cover water replacement costs for spillage.
  • Damaged or contaminated upholstery/bed sheets must be replaced at the guest's expense before check-out.
  • Quiet Hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and considerate noise levels are appreciated.
