Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stag (boys-only) groups are not allowed.

Adults must show a valid ID; INR 5,000 cash deposit on arrival, refundable after property inspection.

The property is located amid nature; guests may therefore encounter insects and bugs, as we share the space with the surrounding environment.

Additional charges will apply in case of an increase in the number of guests at check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and attract additional charges.

Outside food is not allowed on the property.

Guests are kindly requested to inform us of their expected arrival time a day prior to check-in to ensure a smooth experience.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

The villa sits a short distance from the shoreline, with Alibag town and the wider Konkan coast within easy reach for day trips. Green and residential, surrounded by coconut groves and open countryside, the location stays well-connected by road and is a popular weekend escape from Mumbai.
