StayLeisurely Brick Villa is a four-bedroom pool villa in Karjat, set on a landscaped farm plot about two hours from Mumbai and two and a half hours from Pune. The exposed-brick structure wraps around a swimming pool with a separate shallow section for children, with floor-to-ceiling glass in every bedroom opening onto the deck. Suited to families, friend groups and small corporate offsites looking for a weekend getaway near Mumbai with a private pool. 

The Space Layout -

Living Room : Located on ground floor 10 Seater sofa, with Smart TV, attached washroom, and a pantry space with refrigerator, microwave - induction ( on request ) for reheating or quick meals prep only.

Master Bedrooms : All 4 bedrooms located on ground floor comes with attached washrooms, and wardrobes, Here 2 bedrooms with 2 king beds in each room next to living room area, and 2 bedrooms feature King bed in each room in a separate structure next to gazebo area.

Bathrooms : All 5 bathrooms are equipped with Modern WC, Showers, Wash basin and mirrors along with hand towels, bath towels, toilet papers & shower gel. we have 4 bathrooms attached with bedrooms, rest 1 attached to living room 

Dining Area : We have a covered outdoor area of 250 sqft with 12+ seating spaces & dining tables to enjoy meals & witness greenery around. It's located next to the living room, guest can choose between this area or indoor living room for dining as per requirement.

Private Swimming Pool : Massive 30 ft by 20 ft with 4.5 ft depth swimming pool available with kids section as well, adults must always supervise kids near pool area. There is no lifeguard at swimming pool, access pool at own risk.

Food & Meals - VIEW MENU

Homemade Indian and Maharashtrian cuisines are prepared by cook and they provide all meals Lunch Hitea, dinner & breakfast starting from 1500/- per person. Pre-orders meal confirmation is required to confirm the meals as last minute requests can be denied, as food is prepared as per orders only.

Outside Food is not allowed

Guest access :

You have full access to the entire villa and its surroundings, offering opportunities for activities like sunset hikes on the nearby hill or river rafting in Karjat.

We also have another 4BHK villa which has it's own separate pool and lawn, and boundary fencing as well in same master compound, access is restricted to guests over there.

Parking is common for both villas as upto 10-15 cars can be easily parked.

If interested to book both villas then whole property access is offered except kitchen as it's access is restricted to property staff only.

Additional Information:

• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the veranda, entrance, lawn & near pool area for safety of guests only.
• A refundable damage deposit of INR 5,000, collected in cash, is required upon arrival, refunded at checkout subject to inspection.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• Quiet times to be observed between 10 pm - 8 am. in order to not disturb neighbours as noise echoes. Guest can play music indoors all night by keeping doors & windows closed.
• Smoking is restricted to gazebo and other outdoor spaces, if violated cleaning charges applicable.
• Unfortunately it's not pet friendly, we request pet owners to keep that in mind.
• Adults must carry and present a valid ID during the Check-in process.
• Given the property's natural surroundings, expect the presence of insects and bugs.
• The property will be clean on arrival, and we appreciate leaving it neat upon departure. Deep cleaning incurs an extra fee.
• Due to remote locations, internet connectivity is sporadic, especially during monsoons. Confirm network support with the property.
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Sheesha/hookah is not allowed.
• No smoking/drinking/food consumption near the swimming pool; guests cover water replacement costs for spillage.
• Damaged or contaminated upholstery/bed sheets must be replaced at the guest's expense before check-out.
• Quiet Hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and considerate noise levels are appreciated.
• Management reserves the right to admission.

Location

Kalash Farm – Brick Villa is in Vavarle village on the Karjat–Chowk road, 6 km from Karjat town, set among farmland and low Sahyadri foothills. The villa sits close to the main road rather than down a village track, so access stays easy even in heavy monsoon rain. The area is greenest from June to September, and clearest for pool weather from October to February.

Getting Around

Mumbai is 85–90 km away (2–2.5 hrs), Pune about 100 km (2.5 hrs), Navi Mumbai 60 km and Panvel 45 km. Chowk, 12 km out, links to the old Mumbai–Pune highway and the Khopoli expressway exit. Karjat Junction, on the Mumbai–Pune line, is a 15-minute ride away and station pickup can be arranged. A car is useful for exploring, with on-site parking available. Karjat town, 15 minutes out, has fuel, ATMs, pharmacies and a hospital.
