• For safety, adult supervision is required for children at all times while using the pool or being around the pool area.
• Only proper swimming pool wear is allowed while using the pool.
• Guests are requested to carry their own bags for wet costumes/swimwear.

Meals & Food Policy VIEW MENU

• All-Inclusive Food Packages: Delicious, home-cooked meals are prepared right at the property. Packages start at INR 1500 per person and include a comprehensive selection of four daily meals: breakfast, lunch, high-tea, and dinner.
• Vegetarian & Non-Vegetarian Options: Menus feature a variety of flavorful dishes tailored to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian preferences.
• Outside Food Policy: To maintain quality and hygiene standards, outside food is strictly not allowed at the villa.
• Menu options available; pre-orders recommended for timely service

Guest Access

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa and all its amenities throughout their stay, ensuring a private and comfortable getaway experience. This includes access to all 4 bedrooms, the spacious living and dining areas, the private swimming pool, lush lawn area, gazebo, balcony deck, and outdoor seating spaces. 

Please note that the indoor kitchen is not accessible to guests. Additionally, the 2 small cottages located near the entrance of the property are not a part of the villa rental and will remain inaccessible to guests during their stay.

• Pets are not allowed on the property.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Only families and mixed-gender groups are allowed; stag/all-boys groups are not permitted.
• The property is set amidst nature, so insects and bugs may be present occasionally.
• CCTV cameras are installed in common areas for security purposes. One CCTV camera is installed near the dining area and pantry space. 
• Generator backup is available to manage power cuts.
• Outside food is not allowed
• Kailo, our friendly resident dog, stays on the property and will be tied up during your stay.
