The Space:

- Woodscape offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each blending comfort with Kashmiri charm.

- 3 elegant bedrooms in the main villa feature king-size beds and open up to breathtaking valley and sunrise views.

-Every room includes an attached bathroom, built-in cupboard, and a tea/coffee setup — designed for a serene and memorable stay.

Bathroom:

-Woodscape offers a total of 5 well-maintained bathrooms for comfort and convenience:

-3 attached bathrooms, one with each bedroom, offering privacy and ease for all guests.

-1 common bathroom on the ground floor, easily accessible from the lounge and common areas.

-1 additional bathroom at the back, designated for drivers and staff use.

Living Room/Baithak

The spacious living room, or Baithak, to unwind and relax in style. With a high ceiling, drooping theme lights in artistic wooden lamp shades add to the grandeur. Plush carpets, embroidery draperies, and a classy wall mounted wine cellar

The unique glass house is your place to enjoy your meals while feeling as though you’re dining al fresco – with direct nature views on all sides The sliding glass panels open fully, creating a charming atmosphere for celebrations or simply enjoying a meal with friends and family.

-Woodscape features a beautiful two-level private swimming pool that adds fun and elegance to your stay.

-The upper deck pool is perfect for swimming, lounging, and enjoying panoramic valley views.

-The lower pool is ideal for kids or a relaxed dip, designed for safety and comfort.

-Surrounded by natural greenery, wooden deck flooring, and open skies — the pool area is made for both fun and photo-worthy moments.

Kitchen & Food: View Menu

-Our fully-equipped kitchen combines modern functionality with timeless charm. It features all essential appliances along with aesthetic oriental ceramic crockery, reflecting a seamless blend of traditional craftsmanship and contemporary lifestyle.

- Food packages start at INR 1500 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian ( Cooked at the property ).

-Barbeque charges: ₹550 per person (Unlimited Veg or Non-Veg)

-Pure Veg / Jain Food is provided on demand – this is cooked in a separate kitchen where no non-veg is ever cooked.

-Please note: The kitchen is not accessible to guests, except in case of emergencies, as our in-house team manages all culinary requirements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

The space will be a private 3BHK with full access to all amenities. The additional 2 rooms in the Boathouse section will remain closed. Nothing will be shared during your stay.

-Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

-As the property is located in a natural setting, it is subject to occasional insects and bugs, as we share this space with nature.

-Pets are allowed at an additional charge. Guests are requested to bring their own pet food and bed.

-Surveillance cameras are strategically placed in outdoor spaces such as the verandah and entrance for added security.

- Generator and inverter are available in case of Power cuts.

-Bonfire service is available for an additional charges.

-The last 100 meters of the approach road are slightly rough and unpaved.
