The space

Spread across 2 floors, the residence features 4 cozy bedrooms, a private outdoor pool, enchanting views of the forest and lake, a bonfire area, and an optional barbecue setup.

This property can accommodate up to 14 guests, with the provision for extra mattresses available at an additional charge.

Bedroom:

• The property consists of 4 bedrooms, with 2 located on the first floor and two on the ground floor.
• Each room is equipped with AC, a comfortable Queen-sized bed
• Each bedroom in the property offers stunning views of the lake and forest, providing a picturesque and serene ambiance.
• Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The property features 4 private bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, ensuring convenience and comfort for guests.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• The property boasts an open living room on the ground floor with cross-ventilation from the lake and forest, thanks to wide openings that showcase captivating lake views
• The living room area is furnished with a comfortable 6-8 seater sofa for relaxation and leisure.
• Well-lit, ventilated, and tastefully furnished, it offers a welcoming atmosphere.
• A spacious 12-seater indoor dining table is provided for savoring mouth-watering dishes.

Swimming Pool:

• The pool, sized at 12*36 ft, reaches a depth of 4.5ft for a delightful swimming experience.
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• Enjoy a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, complete with outdoor furniture, a chair, and table setup—perfect for sharing drinks and meals with your loved ones.
• Adjacent to the pool, there is a dedicated changing room, providing convenience and privacy for guests using the pool facilities.

Kitchen & Food:

• We've arranged a separate kitchen, prioritizing your privacy, that offers an inclusive meal package.
• Food packages start at INR 1300 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• All meals will be freshly prepared at the villa's kitchen and served to guests.
• In accordance with the management's decision, outside food is not allowed.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

Additional Information:

• Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.
• Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed.
• A diesel generator is available on the property to address power cuts.
• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the open areas, for the safety of all.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subjected to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
•  SUVs are recommended to drive down to the property, as the last 4 kms have off road terrain and through forest roads.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
• It’s a pet friendly property, owners are responsible for their pets at all times & suggested to carry their own pet beddings, as pets are restricted from pool & soft furnishings.

Getting Around: 

Driving distance approx 1 hour from lonavala,

30 mins from tiger point or lion point

SUVs are recommended to drive down to the property, the last few KMs are a bit rough, the ground team is a call away and will help you get there.
