Bedroom:

-Our villa features 5 bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is located on the first floor, while the remaining four are situated on the second floor, accessible via stairs

-All the rooms are equipped with AC and a King-sized bed.

- Each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe and a secure locker for your convenience.

-Two bedrooms feature a chair and table, while the other two are furnished with a cozy sofa.

-Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

Bathroom:

-The villa boasts 4 bathrooms, each with an attached bathroom, along with a powder room conveniently connected to the living room.

- The villa includes 4 ensuite bathrooms attached to 4 bedrooms, while the 5th bedroom does not have an ensuite washroom. Additionally, there is 1 powder room located in the living room.

-Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, Body Soap, shampoo, and handwash for your convenience.

- All bathrooms are modern and have a hot water supply.

Living Area:

-The living room is conveniently located on the first floor.

The living room boasts a stylish and spacious 7-seater sofa set, a 65-inch Smart TV for entertainment, and a Bluetooth speaker to set the perfect vibe.

-The villa features an elegant 8-seater dining table, perfect for enjoying meals together in comfort and style.

-Tastefully furnished, the living room provides a comfortable and inviting ambiance.

-The villa is equipped with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.

Swimming Pool:

-The villa boasts a stunning 15x35 ft swimming pool with a depth of 5 ft, offering a crystal-clear oasis for a refreshing dip and ultimate relaxation, along with a dedicated kids' pool for safe and fun water play.

-Lounge by the pool on cozy sunbeds, perfect for relaxing under the sun.

- Towels will be provided, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience by the outdoor pool.

-Enjoy stunning mountain views as you take a refreshing swim in the villa’s private pool.

-Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.

Kitchen & Food:

-The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, toaster, deep freezer, refrigerator, water dispenser, RO purifier, and essential cutlery. Please note that access is for reheating or small preparation only – tea, coffee, Maggie - not for full meal preparation.

-Food packages start at INR 1400 per person for vegetarians and non-vegetarians, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner).

-Outside food is allowed.

-Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.

-Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

• As the property is located in a natural setting, it is subject to occasional insects and bugs, as we share this space with nature.
• Surveillance cameras are strategically placed in outdoor spaces such as the verandah and entrance for added security.
• Outdoor seating spaces provide a cozy setting for evening conversations over chai, enhancing the overall charm of the stay.
• At the property, we've installed an inverter to provide a backup in case of power cuts.
• CCTV is installed in the living area on the ground floor and the outdoor areas to ensure security and peace of mind.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.

Pet-Friendly Policy:

-Pets are welcome at ₹1,000 per pet per day.

-A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is required for pets.

-To maintain hygiene, pets are not allowed on beds or in the pool.

-Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

-Kindly inform us in advance if you're bringing a pet.

Liquor Policy 

Please note that the villa does not provide liquor permits. Guests wishing to consume

alcohol on the premises must obtain a valid liquor permit from the relevant authorities

before arrival.
