• This elegant villa comprises a total of 4 bedrooms, with the first bedroom conveniently located on the ground floor and the remaining three bedrooms situated on the inviting first floor.
• Each room is equipped with AC, a comfortable Queen-sized bed, and enjoys a view of lush greenery.
• Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms, enhancing the comfort of the stay.
• Wardrobes are available in each bedroom, providing ample storage space for personal belongings.

Bathroom:

• The property features a total of 5 bathrooms, with 4 ensuite bathrooms located within the bedrooms and one attached to the living area.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• The villa features a well-lit living room on the ground floor, seamlessly connecting to the dining section, washroom, and private pool.
• Tastefully furnished, the living room provides a comfortable and inviting ambiance.
• It is adorned with a spacious and comfortable 7-seater sofa, offering ample seating.
• An 8-seater indoor dining table is strategically placed, seamlessly connecting the living room area with the enticing swimming pool, providing a charming dining experience with a view.

Swimming Pool:

• The villa has an outdoor private pool.
• The pool, sized at 18 ft by 12 ft reaches a depth of 4.5 ft for a delightful swimming experience.
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• Adjacent to the pool, there's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Food: View Menu

• The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, basic utensils, crockery, and a water purifier for a convenient and comfortable culinary experience. We’re happy to offer kitchen access. Preparing full meals incurs a utility charge of INR 5000 per night. Reheating meals or preparing quick bites like tea, Coffee, and Maggi is free of charge.
• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• Guests have the option to order food from local restaurants for added dining flexibility.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

• Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.
• Exclusive to mixed-gender groups; boys-only groups are not permitted.
• At the property, we've installed an inverter to provide a backup in case of power cuts.
• Unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
