The space

Explore our villa with 4 cozy bedrooms, a high-ceiling living room and open kitchen, an 8-seater dining table, a spacious grass lawn, a private pool with a patio, and the option for a delightful barbecue experience.

Bedroom:

• The villa has 4 bedrooms, with 3 on the elder-friendly ground floor and 1 on the first floor.
• Each room is equipped with AC, a comfortable Queen-sized bed
• Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The villa features 4 en-suite bathrooms for your convenience.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• The ground floor of the villa encompasses a spacious living room with wide openings, an indoor 8-seater dining area, an open kitchen, and a designated bar area.
• Equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a 55” Smart TV, a portable sound system with karaoke, and a comfortable 12-seater sofa, this space is designed for relaxation.
• Well-lit, ventilated, and tastefully furnished, it offers a welcoming atmosphere.
• A spacious 8-seater indoor dining table is provided for savoring mouth-watering dishes.

Swimming Pool:

• The pool, sized at 25*15 ft, reaches a depth of 4.5ft for a delightful swimming experience.
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• Enjoy a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, complete with outdoor furniture, a chair, and table setup—perfect for sharing drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Kitchen & Food:

• The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave. Please note that access is restricted to staff only.
• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• All meals will be freshly prepared at the villa's kitchen and served to guests.
• Guests have the option to order food from authentic local restaurants for added dining flexibility.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

Feel free to explore the entire villa and its surroundings. Whether you fancy a sunset hike on the nearby hill or adventurous river rafting in Karjat, the options are yours to enjoy.

While the kitchen serves as the hub for delectable meals, its access is exclusively reserved for our dedicated property staff. Rest assured, they are on hand to assist with any culinary requirements, ensuring your stay is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

• Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed.
• A diesel generator is available on the property to address power cuts.
• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the open areas, for the safety of all.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subjected to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
