The Space
Villa Belmont is a thoughtfully designed 5BHK villa featuring airy bedrooms, a cozy living space, and modern amenities. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, lawn, and gazebo, creating the perfect balance of relaxation and recreation.
Bedrooms:
- 5 spacious bedrooms (2 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor).
- 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning; some feature private balconies.
- All bedrooms furnished with double beds; extra mattresses available on request.
- Fresh linen and pillows provided.
Bathrooms:
- 5 private bathrooms + 1 common bathroom.
- All bathrooms equipped with modern fittings, geysers for hot water, and basic toiletries.
- Fresh towels provided.
Living Room:
- Located on the ground floor with seating for 12–15 people.
- Equipped with TV, music system, and Wi-Fi.
- Spacious and inviting (note: no AC in this area).
Kitchen & Dining:
- Equipped with refrigerator, water purifier, induction, and microwave.
- Crockery provided for 12–15 guests.
- Dining space available on the ground floor.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen for cooking, except for simple infant food (with prior approval).
- Non-vegetarian cooking is allowed by staff; guests can also order in.
Meals:
- Meal packages available (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) at additional cost.
- All meals delivered to the villa.
- 18% GST applicable on meal charges.
- Menu and pricing subject to seasonal availability.
- Guests may also choose to dine out or order from nearby restaurants.
Swimming Pool & Lawn:
- Private swimming pool (35ft x 15ft, 4.5ft deep).
- Attached lawn and gazebo for outdoor gatherings.
- Guests advised to supervise children at all times.
- Events permitted with prior approval and at additional cost.
Guest Access
- Guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen.
- No separate staff accommodation (staff can stay in the living/kitchen area, charges same as extra person).
- Some shared amenities may have restricted access during special circumstances.
Home Truths
- Caretaker available from 9:30 AM – 10:00 PM.
- Caretaker family does not reside at the villa.
- Wi-Fi available but subject to network.
- Mobile networks (Jio, Airtel, Vi) work fairly well in the area.
- Power backup available, but air-conditioning is not supported during outages.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Late check-outs: Half-day charge up to 2:00 PM; full-day charge beyond that.
- All payments and security deposits must be settled before check-in.

House Rules:
- No loud music or shouting is allowed in the villa premises after 10 PM.
- Pets are not allowed at the villa
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Guest may smoke outdoors.
- Hookah is strictly prohibited in the villa premises
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is allowed, ordering from restaurants and consumption is allowed.
- There is 1 indoor kitchen, and guests do not have access to it to prepare their own meals.
- If guests wish to use the kitchen to make simple food for infants, they may do so with prior approval.
- Please note that guests cannot bring their own cooks to prepare their own meals.
-Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
-Please note that we do not accept bookings from individuals under the age of 18. All guests must be at least 18 years old at the time of booking. Valid identification may be required upon check-in to verify age.
-Management shall not be responsible for any losses of valuables.
-Guests are advised to take care of their valuables and ensure that the doors and windows are locked when they are not present in the rooms.
-Guests have access to the pool only till 10:00 PM.
-We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
-Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
-Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas.
-Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
-Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
-There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa for 24 hours for security purposes.
-Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild insects or bugs due to the villa location.
-Car parking is available only in designated areas.
- No footwear allowed inside the villa
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property without permission.
-All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded to you after check out provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
