Bedroom:

• The villa features 5 bedrooms for a spacious and comfortable stay.
• 4 bedrooms grace the ground floor, while 1 bedroom awaits below, creating a unique two-story layout
• Each bedroom boasts AC, a queen-size bed, and stunning views of lush greenery, mountains and a distant lake.
• Each bedroom is accompanied by its own attached bathroom, providing privacy and convenience.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The property boasts a total of 5.5 bathrooms, with 5 of them ensuite in the bedrooms and additionally there is 1 powder room available, providing added flexibility and convenience for larger groups or communal use.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• The villa offers 2 distinct living rooms, one situated on the ground floor and another in the air-conditioned basement, both adorned with wide view openings for an immersive experience.
• Equipped with WiFi, TV, and a comfortable 11-seater sofa, this space is designed for relaxation.

• The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave. Please note that access is restricted to staff only.
• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• All meals will be freshly prepared at the villa's kitchen and served to guests.
• In accordance with the management's decision, outside food is strictly not allowed.
• Guests are welcome to utilize kitchen facilities for preparing meals for infants, if needed.

The villa shares a play area and gaming arena with two other properties. Guests have the first two hours of free access to the turf, following a first-come, first-served policy. • Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
• It’s a pet friendly property, owners are responsible for their pets at all times & suggested to carry their own pet beddings, as pets are restricted from pool & soft furnishings.
• Enjoy complimentary generator use for the first 3 hours; thereafter, it will be available at a rate of INR 1000 per hour.

Getting Around: 

It is always best to get your own mode of transportation when you come to rural locations in India as all the tourist points are usually far away from each other.

SUVs are recommended to drive down to the property, the last few KMs are a bit rough, the ground team is a call away and will help you get there.
