The space

Bedroom:

• The villa consists of 4 bedrooms with 1 located on the first floor and 3 on the second floor. All are accessible via Stairs.
• Each room is equipped with AC, a comfortable Queen-sized bed
• Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The property boasts a total of 5 bathrooms, with 4 of them ensuite in the bedrooms and another one attached to the living area.
• One of the bathrooms is equipped with a luxurious bathtub
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• The villa boasts a spacious living room, situated on the first floor and seamlessly connected to the dining area.
• Equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a 55” Smart TV, a soundbar with woofer sound system, dining space and a comfortable 12-seater sofa, this space is designed for relaxation.

• The villa features a spacious projector room on the ground floor, conveniently located adjacent to the lawn which leads to the swimming pool.

• It is well-lit and tastefully furnished.

Swimming Pool:

• The pool, sized at 28*12 ft, reaches a depth of 4.5ft for a delightful swimming experience.
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• Enjoy a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, complete with outdoor furniture, a chair, and table setup perfect for sharing drinks and meals with your loved ones.

• The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave for your convenience.
• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
