The space

Welcome to our villa, where comfort meets luxury. We offer 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, with 2 of them featuring private Jacuzzis. Enjoy convenient parking for 3 cars and a selection of indoor games for your entertainment. For added convenience, the villa features an induction cooktop, TV, music system, free Wi-Fi, a refrigerator, a cozy 5-seater sofa, and a 10-seater dining table. 

Bedroom:

-Our villa features five bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are situated on the basement level.

-Each room is equipped with AC and a double-size bed.

-Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.

-Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

-Wardrobes are available for your storage needs.

Bathroom:

-The property boasts a total of six bathrooms: five are en suite, located within the 

bedrooms, and one is conveniently situated in the living area.

-Two bedrooms on the ground floor feature private jacuzzis for an added touch of luxury.

-Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, 

handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.

-All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

-The living room is conveniently located on the ground floor.

-The villa also includes a 6-seater sofa, a 10-seater dining table, and a smart TV for your comfort and convenience.

-The living room features breathtaking views of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop.

Swimming Pool:

-The villa features a private swimming pool, measuring 12 by 24 feet with a depth of 4.5 feet.

-The swimming pool is just a short 10-meter stroll away, offering a convenient and relaxing spot to unwind.

-Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.

-Enjoy stunning lake views as you take a refreshing swim in the villa’s private pool.

-Towels will be provided at the pool for your convenience.

Kitchen & Food: Food Menu

-A small pantry space in the living room includes an induction cooktop for reheating the food and a refrigerator.

-Food packages start at INR 1000 per person for vegetarians and INR 1200 per person for non-vegetarians, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner).

-Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.

-Barbecue services are available at an additional charge, but not during rain.

-Outside food is not allowed.

Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay at our villa, including comfortable rooms, a refreshing swimming pool, and a variety of indoor games such as carrom, among other amenities.

-CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces for the safety of all.

-Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.

-Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stag (boys-only) groups are allowed.

-Enjoy complimentary generator use for the first 3 hours; thereafter, it will be available at a rate of INR 1200 per hour.

-Property is located in nature hence it will be subjected to insects, and bugs as we are in their space.

-Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.

-Pets are not allowed.

Located just a short distance from the quaint hill station of Lonavala, Pawna Lake stands out with its unique topography, stretching across several kilometers. Guests are treated to breathtaking sunrise and sunset views, creating an enchanting and tranquil setting for an unforgettable getaway.

Getting Around: 

Driving distance approx 25 minutes from Lonavala

It is always best to get your own mode of transportation when you come to rural locations in India as all the tourist points are usually far away from each other.

SUVs are recommended to drive down to the property, the last few km are a bit rough, the ground team is a call away and will help you get there.
