Meals

• Meal packages including breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner are available at an additional cost.
• Meals are prepared in-house; ordering from outside is allowed if meal packages are unavailable.
• An 18% GST will be levied on all meals.
• Guests cannot bring their own cooks or prepare meals themselves.

Guest Access

• Guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen.
• In response to COVID-19, shared amenities may have restricted access.
• Staff can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area; staff charges apply as extra guest charges.

Other Things to Note / House Rules

• No loud music or shouting after 10 PM.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited indoors; allowed outdoors. Hookah is prohibited.
• Guest count must not exceed booking details.
• Cooking non-vegetarian meals is allowed; ordering and consumption from restaurants is permitted.
• Guests cannot bring outside vendors without prior permission.
• Children must be supervised in and around the pool; swimming attire required, and shower before entering.
• Alcohol is allowed in designated areas.
• Wi-Fi is available, subject to network availability.
• CCTV covers external areas 24/7 for security.
• Designated car parking only; no footwear inside villa.
• Guests must present valid ID/proof of age (18+). Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details.
• Any damages will be charged as per actual repair/replacement cost.
• Illegal or commercial activities are strictly prohibited.
• Refundable security deposit collected at check-in; returned after check-out if conditions are met.

Home Truths

• Caretaker and family do not reside on-site.
• Wi-Fi is subject to network availability; mobile networks (Jio, Airtel, Vi) work fairly well.
• Power outages by MSEB are not covered by the inverter backup (AC not supported).
