The Space

Leisure Lab is a spacious 5BHK Pure-veg villa surrounded by greenery. The villa features five air-conditioned bedrooms, a cozy living area, and a rustic dining space overlooking nature. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, pool table, poker table,a sub-soccer and a private turf for outdoor games—perfect for families and groups looking for comfort, fun, and relaxation.

Bedroom:

• The villa features 5 well-appointed bedrooms, all situated on the ground floor.
• Each room is equipped with air-conditioning and features a combination of queen and king-sized beds for added comfort.
• One bedroom includes 2 beds, and three bedrooms are furnished with a sofa-cum-bed for extra sleeping space.
• All rooms offer serene views of the surrounding farm and mountains.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in every room.
• Wardrobes are available in 4 of the bedrooms for added convenience.
• Please note: One of the bedrooms does not have an attached washroom.

Bathroom: 

• The property boasts a total of 5 bathrooms: Four are en-suite, located within the bedrooms, one is conveniently situated in the living area.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All four en-suite bathrooms are modern and equipped with geysers for a comfortable hot water supply. Additionally, there’s a convenient common powder bathroom available for guests’ use.
• Kindly note: The bedroom adjacent to the living area and kitchen shares a common washroom, as it does not have one attached.

Living Room:

• The living room features a comfortable 5-seater sofa, adding a touch of elegance.
• It's equipped with a 55-inch smart TV for entertainment. An attached washroom offers added convenience.
•  It is equipped with AC’s, ensuring a pleasant indoor temperature throughout your stay.
• For leisure, the space includes a variety of board games such as Guess Who, playing cards, 9. and a sub-soccer table, allowing guests to enjoy quality time together.
• The villa provides complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and a warm, welcoming ambiance with ample natural light and ventilation.
• A beautiful 8-seater solid wood dining table sits in the open-plan layout, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends. 
• Additionally, there’s a bar-style counter with wooden bar chairs connecting the kitchen and living area — ideal for quick snacks or evening drinks.

Swimming Pool:

• The villa features a private 15x35 ft swimming pool with a depth of 4 ft, offering a refreshing space to unwind amidst nature. 
• Adjacent to the pool is a covered patio-style seating area with a comfortable 5-seater outdoor sofa set, ideal for lounging or enjoying conversations poolside. A charming swing placed a short distance away adds a playful and relaxing touch, perfect for enjoying the views or a quiet moment.
• Surrounded by greenery and open skies, the poolside area is peaceful and inviting. Towels are provided, and guests are advised to supervise children at all times while in the pool area.

Kitchen & Food:

• The kitchen is equipped with a regular stove, microwave, refrigerator, purifier, and essential cutlery. Enjoy complimentary access to a compact kitchen, ideal for reheating or preparing light snacks like tea, coffee, or Maggi. Please note that full meal cooking is not permitted under this access. For full kitchen use, a utility charge of ₹2000 per day will apply.
• Food packages start at ₹1500 per person and include four wholesome vegetarian meals: breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner. Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• Outside food is allowed.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas to maintain comfort for all guests.
• We welcome mixed-gender groups; however, all-male (stag) groups are not permitted.
• As the villa is surrounded by nature, you may occasionally encounter insects or bugs — a gentle reminder that we share this peaceful setting with the environment.
• For your safety and peace of mind, CCTV cameras are installed in the outdoor areas.
• The outdoor seating spaces offer a cozy setting to unwind over a cup of tea and enjoy serene surroundings.
• This is a pure veg villa — non-vegetarian food is not permitted on the premises.
• This is not a pet-friendly property.
• Bonfire service is available at an additional charge; however, it is not offered during the monsoon season.

Please Note: Every Tuesday, there is a scheduled power outage (load shedding) from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM in the area.
