GENERAL -
1. We request all our guests to wisely use linens, towels and help us conserve water.
2. We request all our guests to keep all Air conditioning and geysers switches shut at all times when not in use.
3. We do not support any illegal or immoral activities such as drugs, consumption of narcotics substances. Any person found liable in the acts of the mentioned shall be condemned under law and would be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
4. We request all our guests to respect the privacy and serenity of the neighbourhood. Kindly refrain from indulging in any activity that may cause disturbance or inconvenience to the neighbourhood.
5. We request our guests to refrain from playing loud music on the premises. The music in open areas is allowed till 10PM.
6. We offer free Wi-Fi services to all our guests. Please contact the management for connectivity and issues related to the Wi-Fi
7. The management is not responsible for any belongings lost at the expense of the guests staying at the Villa. The lost and found items would be withheld within the management for a period of 14 days as a part of the protocol up until the concerned person is located. If unclaimed, the item(s) would be handed over to the local authorities or disposed of as deemed fit by the organization.
8. Rights of admission to the property are reserved.
SECURITY DEPOSIT -
A security deposit amount of Rs. 6,000 per night would be collected at the time of check-in. Any items missing or damages to the property accounted would be deducted from the security deposit amount. The security deposit will be refunded at the time of the check out.
