You'll have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, the grand living room, the party hall/mini theatre/discotheque, the backyard garden, and the swimming pool. Please note that kitchen access is limited.

Food packages start at INR 1,400 per person for vegetarians and non-vegetarians, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner).

-Switch Off all the Electrical Appliances like Lights, Fan, AC when not in use.
-Use Swimming Consumes or Lycra Clothes while using Swimming Pool.
-No Eating or Drinking in Swimming Pool.
-Keep the Doors of Bedroom closed at all times.
-No Smoking in Rooms
-No Loud music in open area after 11.30pm
-Loud music can be played in Party room after 11.30pm

- Standard Check-in time is 2:00 PM IST, and Check-out time is 11:00 AM IST.
- Adults must carry and present a valid ID during the Check-in process.
- A refundable damage deposit of INR 10,000, collected in cash, is required upon arrival.
- Only mixed-gender groups are allowed; stag (boys-only) groups are not permitted.
- CCTV is installed in outdoor areas like the verandah and entrance for enhanced security.
- Given the property's natural surroundings, expect the presence of insects and bugs.
- The property will be clean on arrival, and we appreciate leaving it neat upon departure. Deep cleaning incurs an extra fee.
- Due to remote locations, internet connectivity is sporadic, especially during monsoons. Confirm network support with the property.
- Inverters are available for power failures; check with the property host for instructions.
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Smoking is limited to outdoor areas for safety.
- Sheesha/hookah is not allowed.
- No smoking/drinking/food consumption near the swimming pool; guests cover water replacement costs for spillage.
- Damaged or contaminated upholstery/bed sheets must be replaced at the guest's expense before check-out.
