The space

Bedroom:

-The villa features 3 bedrooms: one on the ground floor and another two on the first floor, accessible via stairs.

- 2 bedrooms on the first floor have a balcony.

-Each room is equipped with AC, a comfortable queen-sized bed.

-Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

-Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

-The villa boasts a total of 4 bathrooms, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests.

- The villa has 4 bathrooms: three ensuite in the bedroom and the other located in the living room.

-Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo and handwash for your convenience.

- All bathrooms are modern and have a hot water supply.

Living Area:

-The living room is conveniently located on the first floor.

-The villa also includes a 6-seater sofa, an 6-seater dining table, and a 50-inch smart TV for your comfort and convenience.

Swimming Pool:

-The pool, sized at 10×15 ft, starts at a depth of 3 ft and gradually deepens to 5 ft, ensuring a delightful swimming experience.

-Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.

-Towels will be provided.

- Enjoy a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, complete with outdoor furniture, a chair, and table setup—perfect for sharing drinks and meals with your loved ones.

-The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, crockery, water purifier, and microwave. Please note that access is restricted to staff only.

• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces for the safety of all.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their Space.
• At the property, we've installed an inverter to provide a backup in case of power cuts.
• Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.
• Exclusive to mixed-gender groups; boys-only groups are not permitted.
• Pets are welcome with a small fee and some house rules.
• Bonfire and Barbeque services are available, and guests have to manage them.
• Please note that Tuesdays are designated as load shedding days from 9 AM to 5 PM in the area.

Pet-Friendly Policy:

-Pets are welcome at ₹1,000 per pet per day.

-To maintain hygiene, pets are not allowed on beds or in the pool.
