The Space:

Our Farmhouse offers a peaceful retreat with 6 comfortable rooms, each featuring air conditioning, a TV, and attached washrooms. Situated on the serene banks of a river near Panvel, the Farmhouse includes a beautifully manicured lawn and a private swimming pool. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature.

Consists of two structures with a total of six bedrooms.

Bedroom:

-The property consists of 6 bedrooms with all located on the ground floor.

-Each room is equipped with an AC, a smart TV, and a comfortable Queen-sized bed.

-Each bedroom is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.

-Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

-Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

-The property boasts 6 private bathrooms, ensuring exclusive facilities for each bedroom.

-Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.

-All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Swimming Pool:

-Our Farmhouse offers an exclusive, spacious private pool, providing guests with a serene and enjoyable experience.

- Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.

- Towels will be provided.

Food and Kitchen: View Food Menu

-Our Farmhouse features a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, crockery, and a water purifier.

-Food packages start at INR 1200 for Veg and 1400 for Non-Veg per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

-The kitchen is located away from the guest rooms and is exclusively for staff use to ensure smooth operations.

-Guests can enjoy the convenience of in-house food options by ordering from the menu.

-Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.

Guest access

Guests at our boutique Farmhouse can enjoy private areas such as the manicured lawn and private swimming pool. Each of the six rooms is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and attached washrooms for comfort. The kitchen is restricted to staff use only, ensuring smooth meal service for a relaxed stay. For special occasions such as weddings, gatherings, or conferences, the property can be reserved separately for an additional fee based on actual usage.

No smoking indoors; the Farmhouse is not pet-friendly.

Nestled in a nature-centric area, the villa's remote location may rarely lead to electricity issues.
