• Bedrooms are conveniently grouped for privacy and convenience.

Bedroom:

• The property consists of 6 bedrooms with all located on the ground floor.
• Each room is equipped with an AC, a smart TV, and a comfortable Queen-sized bed.
• Each bedroom is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The property boasts 6 private bathrooms, ensuring exclusive facilities for each bedroom.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

• Guests have the option to book individual rooms, with the remaining rooms available for other guests to book.
• Alternatively, they can choose to reserve all Six rooms for their group's exclusive use during their stay ensuring a private and personalized experience throughout their stay.
• For special occasions such as weddings, gatherings, or conferences, the property can be reserved separately for an additional fee based on actual usage.
• To ensure a seamless experience, all adults are required to present ID cards upon check-in.
• Our check-in is 1:00pm and check-out time is at 11 am, ensuring guests have ample time to enjoy their stay and depart comfortably.

Additional Information:

• Check-in time is at 1:00 pm, and checkout is at 11:00 am.
• Extensions are available on a pro-rata basis.
• Outside food or beverages are not allowed.
• Room payments must be settled before check-in.
• Loss or breakage of property equipment will incur charges.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
• No smoking indoors; the room is not pet-friendly.
• Early check-in is subject to availability, with charges applicable before and after 3:00 am.
• Late checkout after 6:00 pm incurs a charge of 100% of the room rate.
• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person for veg and INR 1400 per person for non-veg, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) & a-la-carte options.
• Nestled in a nature-centric area, the villa's remote location may rarely lead to electricity issues.
