The space:

Bedroom:

• We have 3 AC bedrooms all on the ground floor, one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and one bathroom adjoining a bedroom & dining area.
• Rooms include AC, comfy queen beds, and greenery for a refreshing stay.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Two bedrooms feature a table and chair setup, while an additional bedroom includes a wardrobe for your convenience.

Bathroom:

• The villa includes two bathrooms—one private ensuite bathroom and an additional bathroom that adjoins a bedroom and the dining area.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• Situated on the ground floor, this space boasts a high ceiling layout with wooden feels, seamlessly connecting to the dining room, kitchen, and three bedrooms.
• This area is equipped with AC, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, an inverter, and a comfortable 5-seater sofa for your convenience.
• It is well-lit, ventilated, and tastefully furnished.
• There is an indoor 6-seater dining table where you can savor mouth-watering dishes.
• A Washroom is accessible from the dining room.
• The verandah, linking the dining area, offers a scenic view of the lawns, trees, river, and beyond.
• The entrance is adorned with a swing, adding a charming touch to the ambiance.

Swimming Pool:

• This property boasts a private swimming pool, sized at 25*19ft, reaches a depth of 4.50ft for a delightful swimming experience.
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• Adjacent to the pool, there's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Food:

• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian via Kitchen Delivery.
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• The semi-furnished kitchen provides basic utensils for preparing kids' meals or small snacks, while complete crockery and cutlery are available for up to 10 guests.
• Guests have the option to order food from authentic local restaurants for added dining flexibility.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

Additional Information:

• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the veranda and entrance.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• Smoking is restricted to veranda and other outdoor spaces.
• Exclusive to mixed-gender groups; boys-only groups are not permitted.
• At the property, we've installed an inverter to provide a backup of 3-4 hours in case of power cuts.
• Guests have the option to request fruits, produce, saplings, and the caretaker can provide them based on availability and stock.
• It’s a pet friendly property, owners are responsible for their pets at all times & suggested to carry their own pet beddings, as pets are restricted from pool & soft furnishings.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
