The space

A premium 2BH villa featuring two ensuite bedrooms, a stylish living room, a private indoor Tub, and access to a serene outdoor pool. Thoughtfully designed with comfort and elegance in mind, it's an ideal escape for families or small groups looking to relax amidst nature.

Bedroom:

-Two spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms with king-size beds

-One of the bedrooms features a private Tub for a relaxing, exclusive experience

-Elegant interiors with warm lighting, earthy tones, and tasteful décor

-Large windows offering natural light and a calming ambiance

-Soft linens, cozy mattresses, and thoughtful detailing for restful sleep

- Food packages start at INR 1500 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian ( Cooked the property ).

-Freshly prepared meals served directly at the villa

-A dedicated kitchen within the premises handles all cooking

-Guests can enjoy home-style, hygienic food without stepping out

-Menu options available; pre-orders recommended for timely service

-Outside food is not allowed

Guess access:

Guests will have exclusive access to their private 2BH villa with its own swimming pool, offering a serene and luxurious stay. Entry to the property is shared through a common main gate, as there are a few additional suites on the premises that may be occupied by other guests. Common outdoor areas like the lawn and hangout zones are available for all to enjoy.

-Unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly.

-Surveillance cameras are strategically placed in outdoor spaces such as the verandah and entrance for added security.

-Bonfire and barbecue services are available for an additional charge

🌄 Trekking & Forts:

Tung Fort (~12 km): A bit challenging but rewarding, partially surrounded by lake water with beautiful scenery

Lohagad Fort (~34 km): Easy trek with historical significance and iconic scorpion-needle viewpoint (Vinchu Kata) 

Visapur Fort (~35km): Larger and more rugged than Lohagad, with ancient ruins and hilltop vistas 

Dudhiware Waterfall (Seasonal):

Approximately 30 km from Tung, near Pawna Lake.

A two-tiered waterfall (~45 m/135 ft) popular for rappelling and refreshing dips during monsoons 

Easy to reach via a short trek from the main road.

Bhaje Waterfall (Seasonal):

Around 35 km from Tung, close to Bhaje Caves and Lonavala.

A moderate, scenic waterfall merging beautifully with the heritage site 

Easy trek & family-friendly; best visited during monsoons.
