You've got a versatile attic space on the first floor equipped with a sofa bed, offering the flexibility to place it in the living room if needed. 

Additionally, the rooftop boasts a refreshing plunge pool like a jacuzzi, with comfortably warm water on the terrace. It's described as a plunge pool where guests can unwind, complete with jacuzzi-style massage nozzles, ideal for up to four people.

Bedroom:

• The property boasts 1 bedroom which is situated on the ground floor of the apartment.
• Room is equipped with AC, a comfortable bed, and enjoys a view of lush greenery.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided.
