• The pool, sized at 40*20 ft, reaches a depth of 4.5ft for a delightful swimming experience. 
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• There's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Guests at our accommodation will enjoy a unique blend of private and shared spaces. Selected bedrooms have been designed to offer exclusive privacy, ensuring a more personalized experience for those seeking a more intimate stay.

Additional Information:

• Check-in time is at 2:00 pm, and checkout is at 10:00 am.
• Extensions are available on a pro-rata basis.
• Outside food or beverages are not allowed.
• Meals can be arranged at Rs 1500 per head (1 starter, 1 main course, and 1 dessert), with beverages charged separately.
• Room payments must be settled before check-in.
• Loss or breakage of property equipment will incur charges.
• Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
• No smoking indoors; the villa is not pet-friendly.
• Early check-in is subject to availability, with charges applicable before and after 3:00 am.
• Late checkout after 7:00 pm incurs a charge of 100% of the room rate.
• Outdoor events must adhere to sound restrictions until 10:00 pm.
• Special areas like the Banquet Hall, main lawns, indoor courtyard, and pool deck need specific booking for events.

Note: The pool may be temporarily closed during ongoing lawn events.

Nestled in the sleepy village of Benaulim, time seems to stand still and you are transported to an era bygone, witness to the classic Goan way of life, slow and easygoing ‘Susegado’. Here you will catch a glimpse of the local baker selling his ‘poi’ and cattle herd rearing the goan water buffalo and if you are lucky the peacock will come calling in the evenings.

The setting is perfect if you want to drift away into solitude, away from the bustling crowds and cacophony of life today.
