The space

To access the villa entrance from the parking area, a charming journey awaits, marked by 80 steps. As you ascend, anticipation builds, promising a unique and elevated retreat that begins with each step taken towards this elevated sanctuary.

Bedroom:

• The property comprises four air-conditioned bedrooms, all conveniently located on the same floor.
• Each room is equipped with AC, a comfortable Queen-sized bed, and enjoys a view of lush greenery.
• Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The property boasts a total of 4 bathrooms, with 4 of them ensuite in the bedrooms.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• Equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a 55” Smart TV, a portable bluetooth sound system, and a comfortable 5 seater sofa, this space is designed for relaxation.
• Well-lit, ventilated, and tastefully furnished, it offers a welcoming atmosphere.
• A spacious 6-seater indoor dining table is provided for savoring mouth-watering dishes.
• It also features a collection of books and a variety of engaging board games for entertainment.

Swimming Pool:

• The plunge pool, sized at 12*14 ft, reaches a depth of 5 ft for a delightful swimming experience. 
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the plunge pool area.
• Plunge pool remains non-operational during the monsoon season.
• There's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Kitchen & Food:

• The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave. Please note that access is restricted to staff only.
• Exclusive kitchen access limited to staff only.
• Crockery and cutlery provided for up to 12 people.
• Guests have the option to order food from authentic local restaurants for added dining flexibility.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

Guest access

Your exclusive access to the villa ensures complete privacy. For safety and your leisure, kitchen facilities are reserved for the property staff. The allocation of bedrooms is tailored to the guest count, with options as follows:

Up to 4 Guests: 2 bedrooms

Up to 6 Guests: 3 bedrooms

8 Guests & above: 4 bedrooms + extra mattresses for added comfort.

Rates are adjusted accordingly to accommodate these variations in occupancy.

• The property is accessed by climbing 50-60 steps.
• Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.
• Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed.
• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the veranda and entrance.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
• Secured parking accommodates up to 4 cars.
• Inverter provided in case of power outage.
• Supervision required for children due to steps and slopes in outdoor areas.
