Your group will have exclusive access to the entire Saltwind Suites property — all 7 suites and the private swimming pool. The property is accessible through the main gate, with complimentary parking available for vehicles. An elevator is available for easy access across all floors. Please note that there is a caretaker room on the premises which is not part of the rental and will be occupied by our staff.

- Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM IST, and check-out time is 11:00 AM IST.
- All adults must carry and present a valid ID during the check-in process.
- A damage deposit of INR 5000, collected in cash upon arrival, is refundable after property inspection.
- Located in nature-centric settings far from cities, some properties may have direct roads, while others may have rough patches/country roads. Verify with the property which vehicle is suitable.
- Note that network and internet connectivity can be sporadic, especially during monsoons. Confirm with the property for supported networks.
- Inverters are available for power failures; check with the property host for instructions (Air con/geysers do not work on inverters).
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas like balconies and lawns for the safety of all guests.
- Sheesha/hookah is not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for the cost of water replacement in the Swimming pool in case of spillage.
- Any damaged or contaminated upholstery/bed sheet must be paid for before check-out.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and all noise levels must be considerate.
