-This elegant villa comprises a total of 4 bedrooms, with the first bedroom conveniently located on the first floor and the remaining three bedrooms situated on the inviting second floor.

-Each room is equipped with AC and a comfortable Queen-sized bed. Three of the bedrooms also feature delightful views of lush greenery and mountains.

- Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.

- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms, enhancing the comfort of the stay.

-Wardrobes are available in each bedroom, providing ample storage space for personal belongings.

Bathrooms:

-The property features a total of 5 bathrooms, with 4 ensuite bathrooms located within the bedrooms and one attached to the living area.

-Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, and handwash for your convenience.

-All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

-The villa features a well-lit living room on the first floor, seamlessly connecting to the dining section, and washroom. 

- Tastefully furnished, the living room provides a comfortable and inviting ambiance.

-It is adorned with a spacious and comfortable 12-seater sofa, offering ample seating. 

- The villa also features an additional comfortable 9-seater sofa for your relaxation and gatherings.

- The villa boasts a 6-seater dining area in the living room for stylish and comfortable meals.

Swimming Pool:

-The villa has an outdoor private pool.

-The villa boasts a massive swimming pool, spanning 45 x 40 feet with a depth of 4 feet, perfect for endless relaxation and fun.

- Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.

-Adjacent to the pool, there's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Kitchen and Meals:

-The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, basic utensils, crockery, and a water purifier for a convenient and comfortable culinary experience. We’re happy to offer kitchen access. Preparing meals incurs a utility charge of INR 5000 per night. 

-Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

-Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.

-Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

Guest access:

Guests have complete access to all areas of the villa, except for the basement, ensuring a truly immersive and exclusive experience while exploring the rest of the accommodation.

-Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.

-Exclusive to mixed-gender groups; boys-only groups are not permitted.

-At the property, we've installed an inverter to provide a backup in case of power cuts.

-Unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly.

-Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
