• The property features 1 bedroom situated on the first floor of the apartment.
• The room is equipped with AC, a comfortable bed, and enjoys a view of lush greenery.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The property boasts a total of 1 bathroom next to the bedroom.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living Area:

• Situated on the ground floor with expansive openings, this area seamlessly connects to the dining room, kitchen, and bedroom.
• Equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a 43” Smart TV, and a comfortable 3-seater sofa — this space is designed for relaxation.
• Well-lit, ventilated, and tastefully furnished, it offers a welcoming atmosphere.

• Unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly.
