The Space

The Villa has 3 cozy bedrooms, Pool view living room adjacent to 4-seater Dining table, Private swimming pool, and a Swing sit-out area. We furnish all the necessities for a delightful retreat, free from unnecessary distractions. Our focus is on providing the essentials for a flawless getaway. A trained caretaker will help you with your check-in & stay.

Bedroom:

• The villa consists of three bedrooms, with the first and second bedrooms located on the first floor, and the third bedroom on the second floor.
• Each room is equipped with AC, TV, and a comfortable King-sized bed.
• Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The Villa has 4 bathrooms. 3 Bathrooms en-suite and 1 next to the living room.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• The villa has 1 living room on the ground floor with an opening to dining area with pantry space, and Swimming Pool
• Equipped with WiFi, a 55” Smart TV, a portable sound system, and a comfortable 4-seater sofa, this space is designed for relaxation.
• Well-lit, ventilated, and tastefully furnished, it offers a welcoming atmosphere.
• A spacious 4-seater indoor dining table is provided for savoring mouth-watering dishes.

Swimming Pool:

• This property boasts a private swimming pool, and multiple sit-outs to relax.
• The pool, sized at 10ft by 20ft, reaches a depth of 4.5 ft for a delightful swimming experience.
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• Enjoy a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, complete with outdoor furniture, a chair, and table setup—perfect for sharing drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Kitchen & Food:

• The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, Basic utensils, Induction stove, crockery, and water purifier only for reheating or for quick snacks.
• For meal packages – Lunch, dinner, and breakfast can be outsourced by nearby restaurants/kitchen at additional charges.
• Swiggy and Zomato Delivery is also available.

• Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
• Exclusive to mixed-gender groups; boys-only groups are not permitted.
• Kids should always be accompanied by parents near the swimming pool.
• At the property, we've installed an inverter to provide a backup in case of power cuts.
• It’s a pet friendly property, owners are responsible for their pets at all times & suggested to carry their own pet beddings, as pets are restricted from pool & soft furnishings, 1000/- per pet charges applicable.
