The space

Let me guide you through a special tour of our villa with parking for 5 cars. Explore the expansive 7000 sq ft lawn and step into the double-ceiling hall adorned with a custom chandelier. For work needs, we've got you covered with a dedicated desk and wifi. Enjoy breakfast with scenic views on the terrace. Every detail ensures a memorable stay.

Bedroom:

• Our villa boasts 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, accommodating up to 30 people comfortably.
• 2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, while the first floor accommodates 3 bedrooms.
• Rooms include AC, comfy queen beds, and greenery for a refreshing stay.
• Each room comes equipped with wardrobes, fresh linens, and pillows for your convenience.
• 4 bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, and one room is designated as a kids' bedroom with available mattresses.
• Flexible sleeping arrangements are ensured with the option of providing extra mattresses for an additional charge.

Bathroom:

• The villa is equipped with 4 private bathrooms for your convenience.
• Additionally, the villa features two powder rooms, with one located on the ground floor and another on the first floor.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• The expansive air-conditioned living area on the ground floor comfortably accommodates 10-15 people.
• Furnished with a 5-seater sofa, a lounger, and an 8-seater dining table, it provides ample seating for relaxation and dining.

Swimming Pool:

• This property boasts a private swimming pool.

• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• Adjacent to the pool, there's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Kitchen & Food: View Menu 

• The kitchen is furnished with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave for your convenience.
• Food packages start at INR 1500 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner)
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

This is a pure vegetarian property. For guests who prefer non-vegetarian meals, a designated dining area is available outside the villa, as non-vegetarian food is not permitted indoors.

• It’s a pet friendly property, owners are responsible for their pets at all times & suggested to carry their own pet beddings, as pets are restricted from pool & soft furnishings.

• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the open areas, for the safety of all..
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• Smoking is restricted to outdoor spaces.
• Exclusive to mixed-gender groups; boys-only groups are not permitted.
• A diesel generator is available on the property to address power cuts.
