The space

Bedroom:

• The property features a total of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, with 1 located on the ground floor and 1 on the upper floor.
• The upper attic bedroom is equipped with an AC, cooler, a comfortable Queen-sized bed and one single bed.
• The master bedroom is equipped with two AC, one king size bed, two single-sized beds, bookshelf and a workstation.
• Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The property boasts a total of 3 bathrooms, with 2 of them ensuite in the bedrooms and one conveniently located near the outdoor seating area.
• The master bedroom’s bathroom also boasts an adjoining private lawn, perfect for indulging in some secluded sunbathing. 
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, soaps, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• Situated on the ground floor with expansive openings, this area seamlessly connects to the dining area, kitchen and the verandah area. 
• Equipped with 3 air conditioning, WiFi, a 43” Smart TV, a portable sound system , comfortable 6-seater sofa and a sofa cum bed, this space is designed for relaxation.
• Well-lit, ventilated, and tastefully furnished, it offers a welcoming atmosphere.
• A spacious 6-seater indoor dining table is provided for savoring mouth-watering dishes.

Jacuzzi:

• A cozy two-seater jacuzzi set against a backdrop of lush greenery, creating a serene and beautiful spot to unwind.
• Enjoy a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, complete with outdoor furniture, a bench and table setup—perfect for sharing drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Food: View Menu

• The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave. Please note that access is restricted to staff only.
• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person for veg and INR 1400 per person for non veg, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) prepared by local kitchen tie-ups & delivered at the property.
• As outside food is allowed in the property.
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• Guests have the option to order food from local restaurants for added dining flexibility.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge of INR 700/- per session, rest material charges as per actuals.
• Enjoy the convenience of a small kitchen space dedicated to quick snacks like tea,coffee Maggi or Pasta at no cost. For full cooking a utility charge of 500/- per day will be applicable.
• Additionally, Swiggy delivery services are available, offering a diverse range of dining options delivered directly to the villa for added culinary choices during your stay.

• Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed.
• An inverter and generator are available on the property to address power cuts.
• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the open areas, for the safety of all.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subjected to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
