- All adults must carry and present a valid ID during the check-in process.
- A damage deposit of INR 5000, collected in cash upon arrival, is refundable after property inspection.
- Located in nature-centric settings far from cities, some properties may have direct roads, while others may have rough patches/country roads. Verify with the property which vehicle is suitable.
- Note that network and internet connectivity can be sporadic, especially during monsoons it may be sporadic. Confirm with the property for supported networks.
- Inverters are available for power failures; check with the property host for instructions (Air con/geysers do not work on inverters).
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas like balconies and lawns for the safety of all guests.
- Sheesha/hookah is not allowed.
- Guests are responsible for the cost of water replacement in the Swimming pool in case of spillage.
- Any damaged or contaminated upholstery/bed sheet must be paid for before check-out.
