The space

Discover tranquility in our charming family house in Mahabaleshwar. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene landscapes, this cozy home offers a peaceful escape with spacious living areas. Bedroom:

-The property features 4 bedrooms, with 1 conveniently located on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.

-Each room is equipped with AC: Bedroom 1 has 1 king bed and 1 single bed, Bedroom 2 features 2 single beds, Bedroom 3 includes a queen bed, and Bedroom 4 offers 2 single beds.

-The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, each featuring attached balconies, providing a cozy retreat.

- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

- Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

-The villa offers three washrooms: a powder room on the ground floor, two suite bathrooms, and one common bathroom for the two rooms situated on the first floor.

- Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.

 - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

-The living room features a classic dining table for 7 guests to enjoy meals together, along with a classic old-fashioned sofa that comfortably seats 6 to 8 people. 

-Experience entertainment with a 42-inch TV equipped with Amazon fire stick, offering standard cable, Disney+, and Amazon Prime Video.

- Adorned with antiques and valuable items, the space offers a refined atmosphere perfect for relaxing.

-You can savor your tea or coffee while taking in the serene views of nature and lush greenery.

Food: View Menu

-The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, crockery, water purifier, and microwave for your convenience.

- Kitchen can be used for basic cooking for snacks or kids' meals, full-fledged cooking is not allowed.

- All meals will be freshly prepared by the cook and served to guests.

- Full meals will be made by our experienced cooks who make Parsi and Maharashtrian food with additional charges.

-Food is available at INR 1200/- per person per night onwards for all 4 meals (breakfast/lunch/hi-tea/dinner) (veg/non-veg [1400/-]) both options are available. Customization of the menu as per your preference.

Additional Information:

- Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.

- We are pet-friendly too, so you can bring along your dogs or cats (with prior consent!). We do not allow pets on the furniture and charge Rs. 500 per pet per night.

- At the property, we've installed an inverter to provide a backup in case of power cuts.

- CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the open areas, for the safety of all.

- Male staff / drivers are not allowed to stay in the house. Driver can stay in the garage at an extra cost of Rs. 500 per night

- Our furniture is all antique, shifting/ reshuffling the furniture is not allowed.

- Exclusive to mixed-gender groups; boys-only groups are not permitted.

- Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.

There are many local Sightseeing points within a few km of our location. Major tourist attraction places like Wilson Point, Lodwick Point, Babington Point, Mumbai Point, Lingmala Waterfall Point, and Kates Point. etc are located closely. Panchgani is 40 minutes drive away.
