The space

Nestled along the river, this Rivertouch villa boasts six cozy bedrooms, a high-ceiling living room with an open 8-seater dining table, a vast grass lawn, a private swimming pool with a Machan and Gazebo sitout, along with a bonfire area and the option for barbecues.

Bedroom:

• The property features a total of 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, with 2 located on the ground floor and 4 on the upper floor.
• Each room is equipped with AC, a comfortable Queen-sized bed
• Each room has a private balcony overlooking a lush green landscape and a flowing river.
• Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The property boasts a total of 8 bathrooms, with 6 of them ensuite in the bedrooms, one conveniently located near the pool, and another attached to the living area.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• Situated on the ground floor with expansive openings, this area seamlessly connects to the dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and the pool.
• Equipped with air conditioning, WiFi, a 55” Smart TV, a portable sound system with karaoke, and a comfortable 12-seater sofa, this space is designed for relaxation.
• Well-lit, ventilated, and tastefully furnished, it offers a welcoming atmosphere.
• A spacious 8-seater indoor dining table is provided for savoring mouth-watering dishes.

Swimming Pool:

• There's a dedicated pool section for both kids and adults to enjoy.
• The pool, sized at 60*30 ft, reaches a depth of 4.5ft for a delightful swimming experience.
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• Enjoy a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, complete with outdoor furniture, a chair, and table setup—perfect for sharing drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Food: View Menu

• The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave. Please note that access is restricted to staff only.
• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person for veg and 1500 for non veg, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner).
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• All meals will be freshly prepared at the villa's kitchen and served to guests.
• In accordance with the management's decision, outside food is not allowed.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

• Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.
• Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed.
• A diesel generator is available on the property to address power cuts.
• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the open areas, for the safety of all.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subjected to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
