The space

Step into our enchanting villa featuring five cozy bedrooms, perfect for a tranquil retreat. Outside, two private pools beckon for refreshing dips, surrounded by picturesque scenery, while expansive lawns provide a serene space for relaxation.

The property features a 3-BHK unit and a 2-BHK unit, situated 20 meters apart.

Bedroom: 

-The villa features 5 bedrooms for a spacious and comfortable stay.

- The villa consists of two units—one 3BHK and one 2BHK—each with bedrooms conveniently located on the ground floor. They are just 20 meters apart, offering both privacy and easy access for larger groups.

- Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.

-All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Bathroom:

- The villa features five bathrooms: three are ensuite for added privacy, while two are common for shared use.

 -The villa features two living rooms on the ground floor—one in the 3BHK unit and another in the 2BHK unit.

- Both units feature a six-seater dining table for the family to enjoy their meals together.

-The villa is equipped with WiFi for convenient connectivity throughout your stay.

Swimming Pool:

-The villa boasts two private swimming pools—one located in the 3BHK unit and the other in the 2BHK unit.

- The 3BHK unit has a pool measuring 15x20 feet with a depth of 4 feet, while the 2BHK unit's pool measures 12x25 feet with a depth of 4 feet.

- Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.

-There's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.

- Both units feature a gazebo near the pool for relaxation and enjoyment.

Kitchen & Food

-The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave. Please note that access is restricted to staff only.

- Food packages start at INR 1400 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

-Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.

-All meals will be freshly prepared at the villa's kitchen and served to guests.

-In accordance with the management's decision, outside food is strictly not allowed.

- Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

Guest access

Guests will have full access to the entire property during their stay at our villa, including comfortable rooms, a refreshing swimming pool, and a variety of indoor games like carrom. However, kitchen access is restricted to staff only.

-Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space. Keep the windows shut when not in use.

-A diesel generator is available on the property to address power cuts.

Pawna is a picturesque lake location that is just a few kilometers from the lovely hill-station of Lonavala but is completely different in terms of topography. The lake stretches a few kilometers and provides some glorious out of the world views of both sunrise and sunset.
