The space

Our villa offers a comfortable and well-appointed stay with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious 6-seater dining table, a cozy 6-seater sofa and 2-bean bags. Guests can enjoy indoor board games, a smart TV, music system, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The villa also includes a refrigerator for added convenience and a refreshing swimming pool for relaxation. Thoughtfully designed for your comfort, it provides the perfect setting for a memorable getaway.

Bedroom:

• Our villa features 3 bedrooms. One of these bedrooms is located on the ground floor, while the remaining two are situated on the first floor.
• One bedroom on the first floor features a king-size bed, a loft bed frame with a desk and chair (study area), a bathtub in the washroom, and a spacious attached balcony offering scenic mountain and forest views.
• The other two rooms are equipped with AC and a queen-sized bed.
• Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available for your storage needs.

Bathroom:

• The property boasts a total of 5 bathrooms: three are en suite, located within the bedrooms, one is conveniently situated in the living area and one near the swimming pool.
• One bedroom on the first floor features a private bathtub for an added touch of luxury.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area on the ground floor:

• This living room features a comfortable 6-seater sofa, an ottoman bench, a center coffee table, and two bean bags.
• Equipped with a smart TV for entertainment, including Netflix and other OTT platforms.
• Attached washroom for added convenience.
• Additional mattresses provided for extra sleeping arrangements.  
• The dining area features a 6-seater dining table which is attached to the kitchen as well as the living area.
• Board games are available, including darts, badminton, carrom, cards, chess, puzzles, and balls, for added entertainment.
• Well-lit and tastefully furnished with a combination of white and gray colors, giving it a modern touch and a comfortable ambiance.
• The villa is equipped with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi for your convenience.
• This living area offers views of the garden and pool, with direct access to these areas.
• CCTV is installed in the living area on the ground floor for security reasons.

Living area on the first floor:

• This small living room which is on the first floor next to the bedrooms features a comfortable 4- seater sofa set, two small nesting tables, and a sofa cum bed.
• Additional mattresses are provided for extra sleeping arrangements.  
• Well-lit and tastefully furnished, featuring large windows with white grilles and curtains, adding a modern touch and creating a comfortable ambiance.
• It offers stunning mountain/forest views and features a sliding glass door that opens to a spacious balcony.

Swimming Pool:

• The pool, sized 30ft by 12ft, reaches a depth of 4.5ft for a delightful swimming experience.
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• Next to the pool, you'll find a comfortable covered sit-out area for relaxation, complete with outdoor furniture, a swing, and a foosball table—perfect for entertainment and enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.
• The villa provides plush towels for guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience by the outdoor pool.
• Enjoy stunning mountain views as you take a refreshing swim in the villa’s private pool.

Kitchen & Food: View Menu 

• The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, kettle, toaster, water purifier, and microwave. Please note that access is for reheating or small preparation only – tea, coffee, Maggie - not for full meal preparation.
• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person for vegetarians and INR 1400 per person for non-vegetarians, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner).
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
•  Following the management's decision, outside food is not allowed.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Only mixed-gender groups are allowed; stag (boys-only) groups are permitted.
• As the property is located in a natural setting, it is subject to occasional insects and bugs, as we share this space with nature.
• Unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly.
• Surveillance cameras are strategically placed in outdoor spaces such as the verandah and entrance for added security.
• Outdoor seating spaces provide a cozy setting for evening conversations over chai, enhancing the overall charm of the stay.
• This property is wheelchair accessible.
• At the property, we've installed an inverter to provide a backup in case of power cuts.
• CCTV is installed in the living area on the ground floor and the outdoor areas to ensure security and peace of mind.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
