The space

Nestled amidst your private wooded acreage, the cozy treehouse offers exceptional views, making it an ideal spot for relaxation, picnics, and activities like fishing and boating to our private island.

Experience the distinct charm of the Leisurely Treescape, where a living tree grows through the interior, including the bathroom. Positioned thoughtfully, the treehouse maintains its decks and seating areas facing the scenic lake, allowing guests to enjoy a unique blend of nature and comfort.

Bedroom:

• The property features a total of 2 bedrooms, 1st bedroom is situated on ground floor and the 2nd is situated on first floor.
• Each room is equipped with AC, a comfortable Queen-sized bed, and enjoys a view of Pawna Lake.
• Each bedroom in the house is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

Bathroom:

• The property boasts a total of 2 bathrooms, each attached to respective bedrooms.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Kitchen & Food:

• The kitchen is situated 50 meters away from the property in same compound.
• Kitchen access only for property staff.
• Food packages start at INR 1300 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

Embark on a delightful retreat with access to the entire property, including a charming wooden treehouse, en-suite bedrooms, and expansive lush lawns. Guests are invited to enjoy paddle boat(subject to availability) access at their own responsibility, adding an adventurous touch to their stay. The serene environment encourages exploration and relaxation, ensuring a memorable experience while respecting safety guidelines and the tranquility of the surroundings.

Additional Information:

• Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.
• It’s a pet friendly property, owners are responsible for their pets at all times & suggested to carry their own pet beddings, as pets are restricted from bed & soft furnishings.
• A diesel generator is available on the property to address power cuts.
• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the verandah and entrance.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• The property is located in a network weak zone.
• Network coverage is available for Jio and Vodafone users.
• SUVs are recommended for driving down to the property due to the terrain and conditions as Last 4 Kms have rough trail.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.

This property is opposite picturesque Pawna lake, covering the property on mountain surrounding view Pawna is a picturesque lake location that is just a few kilometers from the lovely hill-station of Lonavala but is completely different in terms of topography. The lake stretches a few kilometers and provides some glorious out of the world views of both sunrise and sunset. 

Getting Around: 

It is always best to get your own mode of transportation when you come to rural locations in India as all the tourist points are usually far away from each other. Rest local cabs can be arranged for pickup & drop from Lonavala station or Mumbai/Pune location.

Pune Airport - 2 Hours

SUVs are recommended to drive down to the property, the last few KMs are a bit rough, the ground team is a call away and will help you get there.
