This Property can host up to 30 - 35 guests (with extra mattresses )

- The property comprises 11 bedrooms.
- There are 10 bathrooms attached with the bedrooms, 1 bathroom for common use.
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms & Wardrobes are available.

- The property has 2 living rooms on the ground floor with wide openings and lake-view offerings.
- It is well-lit and tastefully furnished. We have a snooker table available for guests use.
- There is a 12-seater outdoor covered dining table for the guests.
Bathrooms:
- The Property has 10 private bathrooms and 1 common bathroom.
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.
Pool:
- The property has a private swimming pool.
- The pool is 4.50 ft. deep.
- Children must always be supervised by adults in the pool.
-There is a sit out next to the pool to laze around with outdoor patio furniture.
Lawn
- The property has a large, spacious lawn area with spawning trees - where you can sit under its shade.
- You can sit and have evening conversations over chai at our outdoor seating spaces.
Food:
We have a Kitchen separate from the property taking into consideration of your privacy, which offers you a meal package at Rs. 1000/person for lunch after your check-in, evening tea with snacks (which you can have next to the bonfire), dinner, and breakfast before you check out.
The food is made with fresh groceries fetched from the local market and made fresh in front of you. (Kitchen access only for staff)
Guest Access
You can access all areas of the property, whether it's relaxing at the pool or setting up the bonfire, and do take time to watch the sunset by the lake sipping hot beverages :)

- SUVs are recommended to drive down to the property, as last 4 kms have offroad terrain and through forest roads.

- Standard check-in time is at 2:00 PM IST, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM IST.
- All adult guests are required to carry and present a valid ID during the check-in process.
- A refundable damage deposit of INR 15000 is collected in cash upon arrival, subject to a property inspection.
- Situated in nature-centric locations far from cities, some properties have direct roads, while others may have rough patches or country roads. Guests are advised to check with the property regarding suitable vehicles.
- Due to remote locations, network and internet connectivity can be sporadic, especially during monsoons. Guests are encouraged to confirm network support with the property.
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises by law.
- Smoking is strictly limited to outdoor areas such as balconies and lawns for the safety of guests and others. Sheesha/hookah is not allowed.
- No smoking, drinking, or consumption of food is permitted near the swimming pool. In the event of spillage in the pool, the guest is responsible for the cost of water replacement.
- Pets are not allowed inside the swimming pool.
- Any damage or contamination to upholstery or bed sheets during the stay must be paid for before check-out.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, with consideration for noise levels.
