The space

Embark on a tour of the property, which comprises two structures—4 BHK and 3BHK—boasting a total of 7 cozy bedrooms. The offerings include a private outdoor pool, expansive lawns, a charming sit-out with a swing, and the option for a bonfire and barbecue. 

Accommodating up to 25 guests (with additional mattresses available for extra charges), this property provides a perfect blend of comfort and leisure for an enjoyable stay.

Bedroom:

• The property has two structures of bedrooms and the property has a total of 7 bedrooms. The first structure includes 4 bedrooms which are situated on the ground floor. And the second structure has 3 bedrooms, the 1st bedroom is on the ground floor and the 2nd bedroom is on the second floor.
• Each room features AC and a comfortable queen-sized bed.
• Greenery and lakeview enhances the ambiance in all rooms.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The property boasts 7 bedrooms, each with its ensuite bathroom.
• Additionally, there is 1 common bathroom for shared use, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• Situated on the ground floor with wide openings and scenic lake views, this section seamlessly connects to the dining area, kitchen, and all 7 bedrooms.
• Equipped with WiFi, TV, and a comfortable 11-seater sofa, this space is designed for relaxation.
• Well-lit and tastefully furnished for a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
• Outdoor dining is accommodated with a 12-seater table, providing a delightful setting for guests.

Swimming Pool:

• Enjoy a private swimming pool within the property.
• The pool dimensions are 25*14 ft with the depth of 4.50 feet, offering a refreshing and relaxing experience for guests.
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• Enjoy a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, complete with outdoor furniture, a chair, and table setup—perfect for sharing drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Kitchen & Food:

• The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, crockery, water purifier, and microwave. Please note that access is restricted to staff only.
• Food packages start at INR 1300 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• All meals will be freshly prepared at the villa's kitchen and served to guests.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

• A diesel generator is available on the property to address power cuts.
• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the veranda and entrance.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• Smoking is restricted to veranda and other outdoor spaces.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
• SUVs are recommended to drive down to the property, as last 4 kms have off road terrain and through forest roads.
