The space

This splendid villa boasts 4 cozy bedrooms, accompanied by 1 inviting living room, and features 1 well-equipped kitchen area complemented by 6-seater dining tables. Additionally, it offers 1 terrace spaces that provide captivating views, all topped off with a private outdoor swimming pool for an exclusive and refreshing experience.

Bedroom:

• The villa boasts a total of 4 bedrooms, distributed with 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 2 bedrooms on the first floor, and 1 bedroom in the basement.
• Each room is equipped with AC, a comfortable Queen-sized bed, and Wardrobes are available.
• Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

Bathroom:

• The villa boasts 4 bathrooms, all en-suite, along with 2 additional powder rooms for convenience.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• The villa boasts 1 inviting living room on the ground floor, seamlessly connected to the dining area and accompanied by pantry space.
• Each ground floor living room is furnished with a comfortable 5-seater sofa, a coffee table, a TV, and an attached powder room for added convenience.
• Additionally, the first floor features 1 lounge area, each furnished with a generous 12-seater sofa and a powder room, providing ample space for relaxation and gatherings.
• With abundant natural light and tasteful furnishings, the villa offers a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing ambiance throughout its spaces.

Swimming Pool:

• The villa features an expansive shared swimming pool measuring 14 feet by 28 feet, providing a depth of 4.5 feet—a generous and inviting space for relaxation and enjoyment. The pool is shared between 2 homes.
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• There's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Kitchen & Food:

• The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, basic utensils, a gas stove, crockery, a water purifier, and a microwave for added convenience.
• Please note that cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Meal packages for breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be arranged through nearby restaurants/kitchens for an additional charge.
• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner)
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• All meals will be freshly prepared at the villa's kitchen and served to guests.
• Additionally, Zomato and Swiggy delivery services are available, providing diverse dining options delivered directly to the location for added convenience.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

Swimming pool is shared between 2 homes, & parking areas as well. Rest all spaces private to 1 guest group only.

• The villa provides entertainment with board games like Chess, Carrom, Ludo, Housie, and Playing Cards, subject to availability after previous guests' use.
• In addition, there is a table tennis provided for recreational entertainment.
• Enjoy the villa's excellent bluetooth music system for an enhanced experience.

Additional Information:

• Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.
• Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed.
• Children near the swimming pool should always be supervised by adults for safety.
• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces for the safety of all.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• Unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly.
• At the property, we've installed an inverter to provide a backup of 4-6 hours in case of power cuts.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
