The space

This splendid villa boasts 8 cozy bedrooms, accompanied by 2 inviting living rooms, and features 2 well-equipped kitchen areas complemented by 6-seater dining tables. Additionally, it offers 2 terrace spaces that provide captivating views, all topped off with a private outdoor swimming pool for an exclusive and refreshing experience.

Bedroom:

• The villa boasts a total of 8 bedrooms, distributed with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms in the basement.
• Each room is equipped with AC, a comfortable Queen-sized bed, and enjoys a view of lush greenery.
• Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The villa boasts 8 bathrooms, all en-suite, along with 4 additional powder rooms for convenience.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• The villa boasts 2 inviting living rooms on the ground floor, seamlessly connected to the dining area and accompanied by pantry space.
• Each ground floor living room is furnished with a comfortable 5-seater sofa, a coffee table, a TV, and an attached powder room for added convenience.
• Additionally, the first floor features 2 lounge areas, each furnished with a generous 12-seater sofa and a powder room, providing ample space for relaxation and gatherings.
• With abundant natural light and tasteful furnishings, the villa offers a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing ambiance throughout its spaces.

Swimming Pool:

• The villa features an expansive swimming pool measuring 14 feet by 28 feet, providing a depth of 4.5 feet—a generous and inviting space for relaxation and enjoyment.
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• There's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Kitchen & Food:

• The kitchen is well-equipped with a refrigerator, basic utensils, a gas stove, crockery, a water purifier, and a microwave for added convenience.
• Please note that cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Meal packages for breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be arranged through nearby restaurants/kitchens for an additional charge.
• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner)
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• All meals will be freshly prepared at the villa's kitchen and served to guests.
• Additionally, Zomato and Swiggy delivery services are available, providing diverse dining options delivered directly to the location for added convenience.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

While the kitchen serves as the hub for delectable meals, its access is exclusively reserved for our dedicated property staff. Rest assured, they are on hand to assist with any culinary requirements, ensuring your stay is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Additional Information:

• Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.
• Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed.
• Children near the swimming pool should always be supervised by adults for safety.
• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces for the safety of all.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• Unfortunately, the property is not pet-friendly
• At the property, we've installed an inverter to provide a backup of 4-6 hours in case of power cuts.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
