IRIS is a 7-bedroom villa in Nagaon, Alibaug, offering individually bookable rooms across three categories — Deluxe, Superior with Terrace, and Family Room. Set amid coconut groves just minutes from Nagaon Beach, the property pairs comfortable air-conditioned rooms with a common swimming pool, an open-air dining deck, and landscaped gardens — an ideal Alibag getaway for couples, families, and groups.

A full meal package is available at IRIS for ₹1,500 per person, covering breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. For guests who prefer to order as they go, an à la carte In-Room Dining (IRD) menu is also available throughout the stay.

Guest access

Each booking will access a private Room, with more Rooms available on property. You'll enjoy exclusive access to your Room while also having shared access through the main gate of the property for convenience. If other guests are present, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy the expansive outdoor area, including the open-air dining deck, the swimming pool and more. Secure on-site parking is available within the gated compound, making it convenient for guests driving in from Mumbai or Pune.

A few of our Deluxe Rooms are located on the ground floor and a few on the first floor; allocation will be done based on availability.

Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stag (boys-only) groups are not allowed.

The property is located amid nature; guests may therefore encounter insects and bugs, as we share the space with the surrounding environment.

The outdoor dining space is a shared area, ideal for enjoying meals and socialising with fellow guests.

Additional charges will apply in case of an increase in the number of guests at check-in.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and attract additional charges.

Outside food is not allowed on the property.

Guests are kindly requested to inform us of their expected arrival time a day prior to check-in to ensure a smooth experience.

The open parking area is shared among all guests.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
