Ilaria is an intimate 5-suite rooms, nestled in one of the most premium residential areas in Lonavala, yet magically tucked away from the week-end hustle and bustle. This garden annex is designed with never-ending old-fashioned French windows, to merge into its rich manicured gardens and create a luxurious connection with nature for you.

The space

Cozily snuggled in the lower end, corner of the garden, with subdued and sublime sunlight, this makes for the perfect room to retreat and recuperate in the hot summer months. lavish suite room with a size of 275 sq. ft suitable for 2 adults. This garden annex, with its floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, merges seamlessly with lush, manicured gardens, offering a luxurious connection with nature. An additional dining and lounging area outside your room ensures you never feel confined. Facing a charming garden courtyard, this space epitomizes European escapism. This suite is perfect for a pocket-friendly romantic getaway and also makes for the perfect hideout for writers and artists for week-long getaways.

• This room is located in the basement and is equipped with an AC, a comfortable Queen-sized bed, a mirror-dressing table, room-darkening blinds, and a shared lounging space. 
• The bedroom is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom adorned with white faux marble.
• This room features moccasin-coloured walls and adds a very relaxed and laid-back atmosphere.
• Breakfast is available at an additional charge for a delightful start to each day.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience and each bathroom is modern and has geysers for hot water supply.
• A tea/Coffee station is provided which includes an electric kettle, tea bags, milk powder, and sugar sachets.
• The 600 sq. ft. shared lounge area is enclosed with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding windows with mosquito netting and equipped with a 4-seater dining table Coffee table, Board games, and books. 
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• A wardrobe is available.
• Each room has access to a common dining/lounging area.

• Outdoor common private parking is available. 
• Nestled within a quarter acre of land, our grounds feature two lush gardens adorned with a variety of fruit and flower trees.

Laze in the garden, grab a mat and practice yoga in the oxygen-rich air, hike up a hill nearby, feed the bulbs in the garden, stargaze at night, and get some great shots for your social media! During the monsoons, the garden lights up with fireflies most nights and is a sight to behold.

The property features a total of 5 air-conditioned Suite rooms, 4 Suite rooms on the right side of the property, with 2 located on the upper floor (Glass rooms) and 2 on the ground floor on the right side and 1 bedroom located on the left side of the property also known as Romeo’s Place.

Guest access:

Each booking will access a private suite, with more suites available on property.

You'll enjoy private access to your room while also having shared access through the main gate of the property, ensuring convenience and ease during your stay.You'll also have the opportunity to share access, if other guests are present, to our expansive outdoor area, which features multiple inviting hangout zones. It's a perfect setting for enjoying the serene surroundings and socializing with fellow travellers.

Smoking is allowed only at a designated outdoor area with seating space; our staff will guide you to the location.

- Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed.

-Our room is perfectly suited for 2 adult guests, and we kindly request that no children accompany you during your stay to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

- While we have a friendly dog named Rocco living here, unfortunately, other pets aren't allowed inside our property.

- Property is located in nature; hence, it will be subjected to insects and bugs as we are in their space. To ensure your comfort and safety, we've provided mosquito repellent cream in every room, helping you stay protected from mosquitoes during your stay.

- To ensure a comfortable and safe stay, please keep the doors closed to prevent mosquitoes from entering the house. Be cautious while walking on the pathways during the rainy season as they can become slippery.

- Our outdoor dining space is a shared area, perfect for enjoying meals and socializing with fellow guests.

- Two bottles of filtered water, per day, will be provided complimentary.

- To preserve the pristine condition of our rooms, we kindly request that guests enjoy their meals in either our lounge area or the designated outdoor dining space.

- Additional charges will apply in case of an increase in the number of guests during check-in.

- We have the main apps installed in our Smart TV, You can log into your account to watch.

- The property also includes a bungalow where the host lives with her mother and two dogs.

- Swiggy/Zomato delivery services are available, offering a diverse range of dining options delivered directly to the villa for added culinary choices during your stay.

- Please note a cook is not available at the property, multiple restaurants are within delivery distance & for dine-in option as well.

- Outside food is allowed on the property.

-Breakfast is available for an additional charge.

-Guests are kindly requested to inform us of their expected check-in time prior to their arrival day to ensure a smooth check-in experience.

-We have a Smart TV in the room; guests are advised to log in with their personal Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming accounts to enjoy their favorite content.
