Let me guide you through a special tour of Grand Amora Villa, complete with parking for up to 5 cars and a backyard perfect for barbeques or fun activities. The villa spans a generous 10,000 sq. ft. across G + 2 floors and a terrace, offering plenty of space for relaxation, recreation, and memorable gatherings.

The ground floor features a game area with table tennis, foosball, and carrom, along with a private swimming pool (30×18 ft, 4.5 ft depth) with 2 sun loungers for sunbathing or relaxing. Adjacent to the pool, a common washroom is available for convenience. Guests can also enjoy the private sports turf, perfect for cricket, badminton, or basketball.

The villa has two wings, each with its own staircase (no lift). Each wing has a living room, 3 bedrooms, and balconies, offering privacy and comfort for everyone. On the rooftop, you’ll find a glass-floor terrace with stunning views, a Jacuzzi, a steam room, and a rooftop lounge — ideal for enjoying sunsets, small events, or peaceful moments.

• The villa has two wings, each with 3 bedrooms. The first wing on the left side includes sofa-cum beds in each bedroom as well as in the living room, providing extra sleeping space.
• On the first floor, each wing has 1 bedroom next to the living room.
• On the second floor, each wing has 2 bedrooms, offering privacy and comfort for all guests.
• Every bedroom includes a queen bed, air conditioning, bed linen, clothes storage, essentials, hangers, TV, room-darkening blinds, long dressing mirrors, and an attached washroom.

• Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options are available.
• Simple cooking (Maggi, pasta, reheating) is allowed.
• Caretaker assistance for utensil cleaning & basic prep: ₹500/day.
• Full-fledged cooking: ₹4,000/day as kitchen utility charges.
