The Space
- The cottage is approximately 200 meters from the parking area, requiring a short, peaceful walk. Please note that while the setting is serene, the last 200 meters of the approach road may be slightly rough.
- This space embraces natural living, giving you an authentic village-style experience. Set in the heart of nature, the environment is raw and organic, where you might encounter insects or bugs — a true setting where vibrant flora meets gentle fauna.
- Equipped with Air Conditioning for a comfortable temperature-controlled stay.
- Stunning glass façade that opens up to beautiful Pawna Lake and mountain views.
- Private modern washroom with a hot water geyser.
- Complimentary toiletries provided (towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash).

As this is a genuine countryside experience, there may be occasional insects, power fluctuations, and limited amenities.

- Standard Check-in time is 3.00 PM IST, and Check-out time is 11.00 AM IST.
- All adults are required to carry and show a valid ID proof during the Check-in process.
- Our properties are situated in nature-centric locations, some with direct roads and others with occasional rough patches/country roads. Please inquire about the suitable vehicle for your drive.
- Due to the remote locations, network and internet connectivity may be sporadic, especially during monsoons. Confirm with the property regarding network support.
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises by law.
- Smoking is restricted to outdoor areas like the balcony and lawn to ensure a fresh and healthy environment for everyone's safety. Sheesha/hookah use is not allowed.
- Avoid smoking, drinking, or consuming food near the swimming pool. In case of spillage, the guest will be responsible for the cost of water replacement.
- Damaged or contaminated upholstery/bed sheets during the stay must be replaced at the guest's expense before check-out.
- Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and guests are urged to maintain considerate noise levels.
