The space

Cloudstone Oasis is a charming 2BHK villa nestled amidst nature and mountains in the beautiful town of Karjat, offering a picturesque setting that invites you to unwind and relax. The villa provides a tranquil retreat with expansive views of the surrounding landscape, making it an ideal escape for nature lovers and those seeking serenity. Bedroom:

• Cloudstone Oasis features two thoughtfully designed bedrooms that perfectly capture the surrounding natural beauty. 
• The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and comes equipped with AC and a queen-sized bed, ensuring comfort and relaxation. 
• The master bedroom, situated on the first floor, is equipped with two AC units for optimal cooling, a spacious double-sized bed, and a 3-seater sofa for added comfort.
• Both bedrooms provide stunning views of the mountains and lush nature, making each stay a serene experience. 
• The first-floor master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, while the ground-floor bedroom shares a hall washroom.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available for your storage needs.

Bathroom: 

• The property boasts a total of two bathrooms, ensuring exclusive facilities for the bedrooms.
• The first bedroom does not have an ensuite bathroom. Instead, the bathroom is located outside the bedroom, attached to the living room, providing convenience for both the bedroom and the common living area.
• The master bedroom is equipped with its own ensuite bathroom for added privacy and comfort, featuring a luxurious modern design with a spacious glass-enclosed shower and elegant fittings.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

• Living room located on the ground floor with a comfortable 6-seater sofa.
• Equipped with a smart TV for entertainment.
• Attached washroom for added convenience.
• Additional mattresses provided for extra sleeping arrangements.  
• The dining area features a 6-seater table with views of the mountains and swimming pool.

Swimming Pool:

• The pool, sized 10ft by 20ft, reaches a depth of 4.5ft for a delightful swimming experience.
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• There's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.
• The villa provides plush towels for guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience by the outdoor pool.
• Enjoy stunning mountain views as you take a refreshing swim in the villa’s private pool.

Kitchen & Food:

• The kitchen is well-appointed with a refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove, induction, crockery, water purifier, and a microwave. Please note that access is for reheating or small preparation only – tea, coffee, Maggie - not for full meal preparation.
• Offers a beautiful mountain view from the kitchen space.
• Guests have the option to order food from local restaurants for added dining flexibility.
• Outside food is allowed at the property.

• Only mixed-gender groups are allowed; stag (boys-only) groups are permitted.
• As the property is located in a natural setting, it is subject to occasional insects and bugs, as we share this space with nature.
• Pets are not allowed on the property.
• Surveillance cameras are strategically placed in outdoor spaces such as the verandah and entrance for added security.
• Outdoor seating spaces provide a cozy setting for evening conversations over chai, enhancing the overall charm of the stay.
