The space

This property has cozy bedrooms, a private outdoor pool, a hillside lawn, a sit out with bonfire and an option to barbeque.

Based on guest count bedrooms will be allotted, rest bedrooms will be closed.

Upto 4 Guests = 2 bedrooms

Upto 6 Guests = 3 bedrooms

8 Guests & above = 4 bedrooms + extra mattresses.

Rates also will vary accordingly.

The villa & it's amenities are private to one guest group only.

Bathroom:

The property has a total of 4 bathrooms. Allocation depends on guest count — up to 4 guests: 2 bathrooms, up to 6 guests: 3 bathrooms, and 8 guests & above: all 4 bathrooms.

• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.

Living area:

- Each bedroom has a living room space, it comes with a sofa, coffee table, and TV.

- It is well-lit and tastefully furnished.

- Each room connects to the balcony space as well.

Swimming Pool:

• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.

Leisure:

We have a AC Projector room with karaoke music system for movies and matches, for games we have Badminton, Carrom and Board games/Playing cards for leisure and entertainment. Don't forget to spend time by the outdoor swing for all age groups.

Make sure you carry an extra change of clothes and don't forget to look out for stars on cold winter nights.

• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.
• Menu personalization is available to suit your taste and preferences.
• All meals will be freshly prepared at the villa's kitchen and served to guests.
• In accordance with the management's decision, outside food is strictly not allowed.
• Barbecue services are available at an additional charge.

Casa By The hills is opposite picturesque Pawna lake, covering the property on mountain surrounding view Pawna is a picturesque lake location that is just a few kilometers from the lovely hill-station of Lonavala but is completely different in terms of topography. The lake stretches a few kilometers and provides some glorious out of the world views of both sunrise and sunset.

Getting Around: 

It is always best to get your own mode of transportation when you come to remote locations in India as all the tourist points are usually far away from each other.

SUVs are recommended to drive down to the property, the last few KMs are a bit rough, the ground team is a call away and will help you get there.
