The space

The villa boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, a garden-view living room that seamlessly connects to a six-seater dining area, a private infinity swimming pool, and a charming swing sit-out area, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene surroundings.

Bedroom:

• The villa consists of 4 bedrooms. The 1st bedroom is situated on the ground floor. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the first floor and the 4th bedroom is positioned on the basement level.
• Each room features AC and a comfortable queen-sized bed, and a beautiful view from the window.
• 3 of the bedrooms are equipped with their own ensuite bathrooms.
• Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
• Wardrobes are available.

Bathroom:

• The villa boasts a total of 4 bathrooms, with 3 of them being en-suite for added privacy, while 1 bathroom is designed for common use.
• Pamper yourself with complimentary toiletries like towels, shower gel, shampoo, handwash, and toilet paper for your convenience.
• All bathrooms are modern in style and equipped with geysers to ensure a consistent supply of hot water, enhancing the overall experience during your stay.

Living area:

• The living room is situated on a ground floor that connects to the dining area and a pantry space, along with easy access to the first bedroom.
• Equipped with WiFi, TV, and a comfortable 8-seater sofa, this space is designed for relaxation.

Swimming Pool:

• The property boasts a private swimming pool.
• The pool, sized at 22*14 ft, reaches a depth of 4.5ft for a delightful swimming experience. 
• Adult supervision is required for children at all times in the pool area.
• There's a comfortable sit-out for relaxation, along with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with your loved ones.

Kitchen & Food:

• The kitchen is fully equipped with essential amenities, including a refrigerator, basic utensils, an induction stove, crockery, and a water purifier, ensuring convenience during your stay.
• Meal packages for lunch, dinner, and breakfast can be arranged through a nearby kitchen for an additional charge, offering the option of outsourcing meals for added ease.
• Zomato delivery services are also available, providing an alternative dining option for guests looking for diverse culinary choices during their stay.
• Food packages start at INR 1200 per person, offering a comprehensive selection of four meals (breakfast, lunch, hi-tea, and dinner) with options for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

Additional Information:

• Smoking is limited to outdoor areas.
• Only mixed-gender groups are permitted; stags (boys-only) groups are not allowed.
• Unfortunately, this villa is not pet friendly.
• At the property, we've installed an inverter to provide a backup in case of power cuts.
• CCTV is installed in outdoor spaces such as the veranda and entrance.
• Property is located in nature hence it will be subject to insects, bugs as we are in their space.
• Bonfire service is available for an additional charge.
